Join us here at Poundland & Dealz as a Content Creator in our Marketing team, based in our Walsall office working a hybrid pattern of four days onsite and with flexibility to work from home one day per week.
In this role, you'll design, drive and create innovative and engaging content for our social media and digital channels which is commercially minded, aligned to our brand values and drives our visibility. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling content, creating content from marketing briefs, engaging with stores to create content and support the analysis of content performance. Additionally, you will assist on photoshoots and take still photos, as well as, supporting the creation of instore based materials.
We are looking for someone with strong experience of creating content in a Social Media or Digital Marketing role. You will have:
- Proven success in creating innovative and exciting commercial content.
- Experience managing content calendars and publishing across multiple social platforms.
- Experience using analytics to optimise content performance.
- Experience working with marketing, brand and creative teams to deliver campaigns and create content from briefs.
- Experience in retail, FMCG or another consumer-facing environment is advantageous.
- Experience capturing photography and product content.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- The ability to create high quality graphics and video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe and CapCut.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
