Join us here at Poundland & Dealz as a Warehouse Team Manager and you’ll play a key role in leading a team to keep our distribution operation running smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.

You’ll be right at the heart of the warehouse, supporting your team to receive, pick, and dispatch stock accurately and on time so our stores have what they need, when they need it. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll lead from the front—coaching your team, driving performance, and making sure high standards are maintained across your area.

From delivering KPI performance and managing day-to-day operations to supporting training, safety, and team development, you’ll create a positive, productive environment where colleagues can do their best work.

A hands-on, people-focused approach is key in this role. You’ll spend time on the warehouse floor, working shoulder to shoulder with your team, providing support, feedback, and motivation to help them succeed. 

This role calls for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident leading a team in a busy environment, with the ability to balance performance, people, and operational priorities. Previous warehouse and team leadership experience is essential and will help you thrive, along with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering results.
