We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy People Administration team. Based from our Customer Support Centre in Walsall, we offer flexibility to work on a hybris basis after training. The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
As a HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR operations by providing HR administrative assistance across Retail, Customer Support Centre, and Distribution Centre teams. This will involve processing new starter paperwork, updating colleague details, conducting Right to Work checks, and handling bonus and pay review documentation.
In a varied role with no two days being the same, you will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising your workload, working as a team and autonomously when required. Excellent attention to detail is essential plus the ability to question when something doesn't seem correct.
